Collection: SERRA BILGINCAN

Serra Bilgincan was born in 1998 in Istanbul. She began her education at Üsküdar American Academy and later studied architecture at the University of the Arts London: Central Saint Martins.

In her thesis, "Space and Sapiens: A Comparison of Philosophical Approaches to the New Cognitive Approaches to Space," she examined the relationship between humans and their environment, blending philosophical and cognitive science perspectives. This research allowed her to develop a human-centered design approach.

Since 2020, she has been working as an independent designer and artist. Focusing on furniture and spatial design, she also creates striking installations. In her works, she uses wordplay and metaphor to express emotions.

Additionally, she has a passion for music; she recently recorded her first EP. In this project, she aims to provide listeners with an emotional experience through vocal and instrumental jazz compositions. In each piece, she reflects the diversity and beauty of life.
